1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Librantial (the "App"), provided by us. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
The App is an AI-powered tool designed to Analyze and deconstruct the arguments and claims. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Data Handling and Privacy
Your privacy is paramount to us. We are committed to a privacy-preserving approach.
Files and Data Storage: We want to be absolutely clear: We do not store any files you upload or any data you input into the App after processing is complete. Once the AI processing of your input is finished and the output is delivered to you, the input data is not retained by us.
Personal Data: We do not require or store any personally identifiable information from you to use the core functionality of the App. Any data processed by the AI is handled ephemerally during your active session and is not linked to any persistent user profile or identity.
Third Parties: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information or processed data to third parties. Your use of the App and the data processed within it remain confidential between you and the App during the processing period.
Please note that while we do not store your data, the AI models used may have been trained on publicly available datasets. Your input is processed in real-time without being stored or used for future model training unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific, opt-in features (which would be covered by separate terms or privacy notices).
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the App and for any content you input. You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon the rights of others.
- Transmit any harmful or malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
- Input sensitive personal or confidential information if you are not authorized to do so, understanding our data handling practices as outlined in Section 3.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Coddit64 and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. You agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Coddit64, its affiliates, or their respective partners, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
